Every time you login and make a change to a page the old version is stored in Page History. When you click on the icon in the History column in the Management Panel you will be presented with a historical list of versions of that page with the currently 'Live' page highlighted.
You can switch choose to make any featured pages 'Live' or delete historical pages accordingly.
